Payment and conditions

  • Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer accepted. Note that our secure online system also accepts these cards
  • Children (10-16 years): $20 per child, per night -please note no young children(under 10)
  • Non walking babies ok for cottages ONLY - No charge
  • All rates are for 2 guests - Additional adults: Cottages =$30 p/adult, p/night, Suite = $40 p/adult, p/night
  • No additional guests in Studio suite
  • Bookings of more than 2 nights may  receive further discount with phone booking .


Inclusions

  • Continental breakfast provisions e.g. bread, juice, porridge, cereals, jams, milk, fresh plunger coffee/teas etc
  • Complimentary bottle from Outlook Hill premium wine range (2 night  weekend bookings and 3 night midweek only)
  • Firewood and kindling for evening fires (May - October)

Cancellation Policy for direct phone/email bookings only

Single night bookings - if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date and including no shows, 100% tariff will be forfeited.

Double night bookings - if cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival date and including no shows, 100% tariff  monies will be forfeited.

There are no refunds for early departures excepting if the reserved date(s) are relet.

We understand that sometimes plans may have to change -so if we are able to relet cancelled dates a $25 administration fee only will apply.
