We have just bottled the Outlook Hill 2010 Pinot Gris - it will be ready for release next week - just as well as the orders are arriving. The temperature plummeted to -2C early in the morning one day this week. Our vines are well and truly dormant while the cottage guests bask in the warmth from the wood fires.
